This is a full time opportunity where your right and left brain can shine combining your passion for marketing and the arts into one role! You will have an impact on children, while continuing to develop yourself professionally within a company that is going above and beyond! (Sorry for all the exclamation points, but excitement, bubbliness, and high energy is key around here.) 

A bit about us: Dance To EvOLvE is unique as a mobile dance company as we don't have one traditional studio. Through our great teachers, we offer high quality classes in recreation centers, schools and other venues, specializing in ages 2-12 years in San Diego, Chicago and Cleveland. We are a team that loves what we do! We have been evolving children through dance since 2008, and we are looking to grow with the support of a senior level coordinator who aspires to grow into a manager! (P.S. We have dance parties in team meetings.)

A bit about the role: 

• Content creation experience focused towards families with young children
  
• Manages marketing campaigns and calendar for all 3 cities
• Responsible for developing and tracking KPIs, statistics, and promotions
• Responsible for overseeing social media content creation, calendar, engagement, best practices
• Oversees email marketing, focusing on new students and retention
• Includes landing pages in applicable campaigns
• Creates, manages and tracks paid ads
• Oversees marketing with partners including identifying new marketing opportunities, flier design, and distribution
• Oversee Marketing Assistant (Events, Google Business and reviews, Social Media and Email support)
• Recital support as needed
• Dance background is preferred but not required

What are we looking for in a candidate?

• 2+ years in marketing
• Success in developing strategy
• Success in developing and tracking metrics and analytics
• Experience in Canva
• Experience in creating automated email campaigns (ex: Go High Level or KEAP)
• Understanding of SEO
• Supervisor or management experience is a plus
• Extremely organized and efficient to be detail oriented! 
• Quick on your feet (pun intended) ...it's a fun and fast paced environment.
• Must be a team player, trustworthy and self-accountable...Huge!
• College degree preferred but experience in marketing is key!
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Mac, Internet and ability to learn database
