• Experience: Both seasoned veterans and eager new recruits are welcome in our ranks. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of ramping new business where this would initially start as part time and move into a full time role. 
• Compensation: Earn between $25-30 per hour, depending on experience, with additional bonuses for exemplary performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise our installer team to ensure projects are completed with utmost quality and efficiency.
• Liaise with project managers and sales personnel for precise planning and scheduling.
• Perform detailed on-site assessments and prepare sites for installation.
• Install various insulation types following best practices and strict compliance with safety standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior installers, enhancing their skills for career advancement.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with homeowners to guarantee their satisfaction.

• 3 years of relevant experience in residential home services (HVAC, plumbing, electric, etc.), experience in insulation installation is a plus
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence
• In-depth knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and techniques, including attic and crawlspace installations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with homeowners and team members
• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations and best practices
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
