Logistics Fulfillment Manager Location Northlake, TX : Logistics Fulfillment Manager Exempt POSITION SUMMARY The Logistics Fulfillment Manager will help manage the daily operations of the organization's logistics systems. They will spend most of their time working alongside team. They hire, schedule and manage the operations staff including the warehouse/driver positions. Manage the coordination of shipment and distribution of goods, inspect goods and materials, track shipments, manage inventory, and communicate with customers and third-party service providers. They oversee the operation of incoming and outgoing shipments, rates, incoming shipments, and outgoing shipments. This includes supervising and directing final mile transport to the regional retail locations. A Hub Manager will oversee the operation of monitoring and managing inventory levels and develop and communicate shipment schedules. They oversee regularly scheduled FDF visits within HUB region to ensure quality of operations (process controls, DOT, food safety FSMA, OSHA/Safety, GMP's) are consistent and compliant with the company standards and procedures. They oversee the coordination of proper logistics and timelines and ensure the team is helping with the resolution of shipment issues and complaints when they arise from Store Managers. They oversee the maintenance of shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases and perform additional administrative, clerical, or managerial duties. HUB Managers need at least three to five years of experience in logistics management or a related role. Nice to have a college degree but not required. To develop and maintain a clear and scalable logistics strategy to support the growth of Laderach Logistics. Responsibilities
- Provide first-class service, both internally, to all areas of the business, and externally. Structured management and support in intralogistics and employee empowerment through active coaching to optimally utilize resources (people and material) and achieve productivity in accordance with KPI's.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the hub and the maintenance of the space leaving it in good condition.
- Coordination with upper management on maintenance of the building.
- Responsible for the scheduling of the team.
- Manage the team while working alongside them.
- Partnering with drivers for travel planning as needed for trips longer than one day.
- Support drivers with the management of the care and checkups of the delivery truck
- Ordering products and supplies weekly.
- Carry out continuous cost and process optimization within North America and documents success (chocolate fitness).
- Ensuring the optimal customer order process within logistics (picking, packaging, shipping) considering quality, productivity, utilization, and transport capacity.
- Responsible for punctual service of all customer orders.
- Breaking down the seasonal fluctuations through planning instruments and optimal resource deployment plans.
- Ensuring and expanding know-how within intralogistics using skill matrix. Responsible for productivity related KPIs.
- Supervision and implementation of CIP measures within intralogistics.
- Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company's overall goals.
- Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
- Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.
- Identifying opportunities to expand or shift courses to take advantage of changes in the market.
- Ensure the warehouse is compliant with current Health and Safety regulations and that the warehouse team is trained appropriately.

- Expert in Logistics Field (Intralogistics and Transportation),
- Experience in Lean production / Six Sigma.
- OSHA Knowledge.
- Minimum 5 Years experience in similar role.
- Great communication skills using Microsoft platforms and working with other support partners.
- Distinct understanding of numbers.
- Ability to cultivate an environment of mutual respect, courtesy, and good manners.
- Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
Physical Requirements - The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly.
- The ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds.
Additional qualifications - Adherence to safety regulations and OSHA compliance.
- A confident, natural leader and problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills.
- Forklift certified.
- Have a valid driver's license and clear driving record.
- Ability to be flexible with the work schedule as it will vary based on staffing and the needs of the business (Not an 8 AM to 5 PM Shift).
- Ability to travel a few times a year.
- Comfortable with Enterprise Resource Planning programs and tools.
- Willingness to use a pallet jack, forklift and other tools as needed safely.
- Experience working with perishable items or food.
- Ability to manage scheduling and planning processes.
