Heres how youll make an impact on the team:

• Manage daily operations and ensure reliability of information systems.
• Identify and implement improvements in existing information systems.
• Maintain and manage the ERP system, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, focusing on manufacturing modules.
• Provide technical support for process manufacturing operations, especially in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, and beverage manufacturing.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and maintenance departments to understand and support their IT needs.
• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects to improve information systems.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot IT issues.
• Ensure data security and integrity through proper management practices.
• Train employees on the use of information systems and provide ongoing support.
• Analyze business processes and provide insights for leveraging information systems to achieve business goals.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to information systems and data security.

Heres what youll need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in an information systems role within a manufacturing or applications support company
• Experience with one or more ERP packages, particularly Microsoft Dynamics utilizing manufacturing modules
• Strong preference for experience in process manufacturing (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, beverage)
• Good business sense and ability to work professionally with a manufacturing workforce
• Hands-on and practical approach to information systems management
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent project management abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments (sales, production, maintenance)
• Knowledge of data security and integrity practices
• Strong vendor management skills
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to information systems and data security

Pay Range:
$105,000 - $125,000 annually
