Job Description: As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and projects. You will work closely with various departments to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the collection and analysis of data to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing solutions.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans.
• Support the development and maintenance of business analysis tools and templates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages is an advantage.
