We are seeking a dedicated individual for an entry-level application administration role. This position entails assisting with our Beacon-to-Link migration project, involving the manual creation of organizations and users in the Link system.

Requirements:

Fast and accurate typing skills (over 40 wpm)
Strong command of English (bilingual in English and Spanish preferred)
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Any experience in tier 1 helpdesk and triage is advantageous
Reliable internet access
Work Schedule:
Fully remote position with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM EST to support various divisions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
You will have the opportunity to work closely with end-users to set up organization and user credentials, ensuring a smooth transition to the new application.

Interview Process:
Conducted by Alfonso via a 30-minute video interview.
